Job Summary

Jeffrey L. Walls Lawn Care LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Lawn Maintenance Employee to assist with residential and commercial lawn care services. This position involves mowing, trimming, cleanup, and general outdoor maintenance. We are a locally owned company that takes pride in quality work, reliability, and professional service.

The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, follows directions, shows up on time, and takes pride in doing the job right.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns using push mowers and riding mowers
• Trim and edge around sidewalks, driveways, trees, and landscaping
• Blow off grass clippings and leave properties clean and professional
• Assist with seasonal services such as leaf cleanup, spring and fall cleanups, mulching, and other maintenance tasks
• Load, unload, and properly care for lawn care equipment and tools
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Communicate with crew leader regarding job progress, concerns, or equ0ipment issues
• Represent Jeffrey L. Walls Lawn Care LLC in a professional and respectful manner at all job sites

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work or designated meeting locations
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)

Schedule

• Flexible part-time hours
• Primarily weekday daytime hours
• Hours vary based on weather and workload

     Monday 6 hours, Tuesday 4 - 6 Hours Thursday 6 Hours

Pay

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience and performance
