Jeffrey L. Walls Lawn Care LLC is hiring dependable On-Call Snow Removal Crew Members for the upcoming winter season.
This is a seasonal, as-needed position. Snow events are unpredictable, so applicants must be available on short notice, including overnight, early morning, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Shovel snow from sidewalks, walkways, steps, and entrances
- Apply ice melt to walking surfaces
- Assist with snow removal at residential and commercial properties
- Work safely in cold, snowy, and icy conditions
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and maintain a professional attitude
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have reliable transportation to our shop or designated meeting location
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Must be dependable and able to respond quickly when called
- Must be willing to work outdoors in winter weather for extended periods
- Previous snow removal experience is helpful but not required—we will provide training.
Schedule
- Seasonal (Winter)
- On-call/as-needed
- Shifts are based on snowfall and weather conditions
- Work may include overnight, early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
- Overtime available when applicable

Part-Time Lawn Care Laborer

On-Call Snow Removal Crew Member (Seasonal)
We Are looking for a dependable Part-Time Lawn Care Laborer to join our team for the remainder of the mowing season.
Position Details
- Start Date: August 19
- End Date: End of September
- Hours: 15–30 hours per week (weather dependent)
- Opportunity to be considered for future seasonal employment based on performance.
Job Duties
- Operate a string trimmer around trees, fences, and landscaping.
- Push mow residential and commercial properties.
- Occasionally operate a zero-turn mower (experience preferred but we are willing to train the right person).
- Blow grass clippings from sidewalks, driveways, and other hard surfaces.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment.
- Work safely while providing quality service to our customers.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to work outdoors in hot weather.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Lawn care experience is a plus but is not required.
Pay
Competitive pay based on experience.
